Licence Condition
The licensee must submit a report to the EPA's Regional Manager, Hunter that provides details of a sustainable long term effluent management strategy to be implemented at Paxton Wastewater Treatment Plant that includes an effluent reuse component. The report must also consider the reuse options presented in the report titled 'Final Effluent Reuse Investigation Report for Paxton WWTW' that was submitted to the EPA on 31 July 2012. The report must be submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager, Hunter by 20 December 2013.
